When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number and — if you choose to give them — your company name, city and GSTIN, together with the products and quantities you configured.

If you create an account we additionally store a hashed version of your password. We never store the password itself.

Our servers keep short-lived request logs containing IP address and user agent, used to detect abuse and diagnose faults.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and — if you go on to buy — raise a GST invoice and arrange delivery.

Invoice and payment records are retained for the period Indian tax law requires. We cannot delete these on request while that obligation stands.

We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this website.

We do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.

We set a session cookie when you sign in, and a companion token used to protect against cross-site request forgery. Both are strictly necessary for the site to work.

Your enquiry list is kept in your own browser's local storage, not on our servers, until you send it.

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete anything not covered by a statutory retention obligation. Write to the address on our contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
