Terms of trade

Prices quoted are valid for the period stated on the quotation and are subject to the goods remaining unsold. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell; an enquiry is an invitation to quote.

An order is confirmed only when we acknowledge it in writing and, where applicable, receive the agreed advance.

We supply on a wholesale basis only and do not sell retail. The minimum order is 100 kg on every product line.

Within an order we will pack to the size the buyer requires, including small consumer packs, and we offer custom packaging, buyer branding and private labelling on request.

On a buyer's first order we supply a free sample of between 1 kg and 2.5 kg for testing and evaluation. The buyer bears the shipping cost on that sample.

Samples are despatched only after we have received the purchase order. We do not supply free samples in the absence of a purchase order.

25% of the order value is payable in advance against the purchase order. The balance 75% falls due after the buyer has verified the goods at the final delivery hub, upon which we issue the release order.

If the buyer is not satisfied with the quality on verification, the order may be rejected. In that event no charge is raised for the goods and the advance is refunded in full; the buyer bears only the shipping cost already incurred.

Interest at 18% per annum accrues on amounts outstanding beyond the agreed date.

Title in the goods passes only on receipt of payment in full; risk passes on despatch.

Weight and quality at the time of despatch are final and binding. A sample is drawn against every consignment and retained.

Quality claims raised after the release order must be made in writing within seven days of delivery and supported by a sample drawn in the presence of our representative or an independent surveyor.

Our liability in respect of any consignment is limited to the invoice value of the goods supplied.

Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to availability, transport and conditions beyond our reasonable control.

Where we arrange transport, we do so as the buyer's agent. Goods travel at the buyer's risk once handed to the carrier.

All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST is charged at the rate applicable on the date of invoice.

Every consignment ships with a GST tax invoice and, where required, an e-way bill. Export documentation is provided on request.

Our tax invoices are computer generated and are valid without a signature or seal.

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Sirsi, Uttara Kannada, Karnataka.
