Everything comes off our farm or from growers we know around Siddapura, Sirsi and Yellapura in North Canara. We import nothing.

Organic by default

No chemical fertiliser, no pesticide — not as a premium line, but as how we farm. Everything is sun-dried rather than force-cured.

Graded A / B / C

Every lot is graded on size, shape, colour, aroma and quality before it is offered, and the certificate travels with the goods.
