About this lot

Fully mature berries picked from our own vines and from growers we buy from directly, garbled to remove light and pinhead corns, then cleaned by gravity separator and de-stoner. Bulk density holds at 550 g/l or better, with piperine typically in the 4.5–5.5% band. Grown without chemical fertiliser or pesticide, and dried in the sun rather than mechanically. Supplied whole, or milled to your mesh against the order.
