About this lot

The same berries as our black pepper, retted and decorticated to remove the outer skin, then washed and sun-dried to a pale, even cream. Sharper and cleaner on the palate than black pepper, and the grade to reach for in light-coloured sauces, marinades and blends where black specks show. Supplied whole or milled to order.
